HiBob is hiring a permanent Data Platform Architect to set the technical direction for its Data Platform group and guide architecture across Data Infrastructure, Data Engine, and Data Framework teams. The role focuses on data-intensive application architecture, distributed systems, production modernization, secure data access, analytics and AI readiness, and cross-team design alignment. It is a hybrid position with a flexible office-and-home work model and temporary remote work available after six months of tenure.
