Emerson is hiring a Software Architect in Austin, Texas, to provide technical leadership across embedded firmware, PLC runtime systems, industrial communications, distributed computing, and workstation applications for PACSystems technologies. The role sets architecture direction, evaluates technologies, prioritizes engineering work, mentors developers, coordinates with product and engineering stakeholders, and addresses complex real-time and reliability issues.
