Description

Exegy is hiring a Software Automation Developer Intern in Montreal to build reusable automated test scripts, libraries, and utilities primarily in Python. The intern will support functional, integration, regression, and system testing; integrate test coverage and health checks into CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI or Jenkins; and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions. The role offers exposure to financial markets, trading systems, market data platforms, and modern software development lifecycle practices.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to C++ or Linux environments
