Principal I Ltd is hiring a full-time Software Business Analyst to support multiple software and systems projects across a growing SME. The role bridges business operations and technical delivery by gathering and validating requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitating stakeholder workshops, identifying process improvements, supporting backlog and UAT, advising on architecture and integrations, and producing process documentation. The position requires business analysis, systems analysis, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery, Office 365, Azure Entra or Active Directory, SQL Server, APIs, and cloud platforms.
