Description
NVIDIA is seeking a DFT Engineer in its Taiwan office in Taipei or Hsinchu to develop in-house software for advanced hardware testing, create automation flows supporting ATPG and DFT requirements, optimize software performance, and collaborate with Design, DFT, and Test Engineering teams to improve test quality and support silicon bring-up. The role requires a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, strong Python and C++ programming skills, English fluency, and teamwork; knowledge of DFT concepts such as Scan, ATPG, and JTAG is advantageous.
