JD Engineers, part of Alliance, is hiring a Software Commissioning & Support Engineer to configure, commission, and support PLC-based folder gluers. The role involves integrating motion control, fast I/O glue systems, machine control, and advanced HMI; troubleshooting software and hardware; collaborating with R&D and engineering teams; training operators and maintenance staff; and documenting commissioning activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 5–10 years of industrial automation, commissioning, or field service engineering experience, along with PLC and motion-control expertise, hands-on troubleshooting ability, and English and Dutch communication skills.
