The role leads RFPs and award decisions, manages license inventories and vendor catalogs, negotiates ELAs, SaaS subscriptions, and professional services, supports contract compliance with ITAR, export control, and CMMC requirements, and advises stakeholders on licensing models. Candidates need 5–8 years of procurement or vendor management experience, software licensing expertise, and the ability to work near Denver or Long Beach; the position is onsite and offers a base salary of $105,000–$160,000 plus equity and benefits.
