The role delivers training, consulting, and implementation support across the business lifecycle, including customer onboarding, requirement analysis, product-oriented solutions, dashboards and reports, stakeholder presentations, customer relationship management, and occasional travel. Candidates need 3–5 years of software consulting, enterprise architecture, or related technical delivery experience, a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and an understanding of software development concepts; enterprise architecture, AI technologies, and Microsoft tools are preferred. The position offers £45,000–£60,000, hybrid working, and medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance.
