The role analyzes customer IT requirements, clarifies technical and conceptual questions, provides process-mapping consulting, designs complex large-scale applications, and supports agile software development. It requires a computer science degree or comparable qualification, public-sector client experience, V-Modell XT knowledge, and agile experience. The position is based in Oberhaching, offers flexible working hours and an individual home-office arrangement after onboarding, and provides performance-based compensation.
