The Software Consultant will work with customers to understand future requirements and develop software application and interface concepts. The role may also involve project management for UNITRADE ERP or related modules, or advise customers on digitization and process optimization, including automation opportunities, software selection, and training. Required qualifications include commercial or IT education, professional experience in retail, training, or customer support, software consulting experience, analytical and communication skills, and strong written German.
