Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time Software Designer in Cambridge, Ontario, to design and develop PLC and PC-based control software, debug and commission control systems, integrate hardware and software components, and support machine installation, testing, documentation, customer problem-solving, and training. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in a custom automation environment, a post-secondary engineering degree or equivalent, and hands-on experience with robotics, control systems, and machine operation. The position is on-site with approximately 30% travel to customer and supplier sites and offers compensation of $33.00–$42.00 plus RRSP matching, health, dental, and vision benefits, tuition reimbursement, and paid leave.
