Description
The Software Development Engineer 2 is an intermediate individual-contributor role responsible for developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software supporting a Church mission. The position involves translating functional requirements into technical designs, writing code and unit tests, participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, applying AI techniques, and handling incident management and defect fixes on a 24/7 basis. It is a five-year fixed-term position requiring a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, two years of relevant professional experience, Power Platform and Azure experience, and significant experience with AI agent orchestration and spec-driven development.
