Description
The Software Development Engineer 2 is an intermediate individual-contributor role responsible for developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software supporting a Church mission. The position involves functional requirements analysis, technical design mapping, estimation, source-code and unit-test development, code reviews, incident management, and the use of advanced AI techniques such as multi-agent orchestration and spec-driven development. It requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, two years of relevant professional experience, Power Platform expertise, Azure DevOps experience, and familiarity with Azure services and DevSecOps. The role is a five-year fixed-term position.
