Description
The Software Development Engineer 2 is an intermediate individual-contributor role responsible for developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software supporting a Church mission. The position involves translating functional requirements into technical designs, writing code and unit tests, participating in code reviews and incident management, and applying advanced AI techniques such as multi-agent orchestration and spec-driven development. It requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, two years of relevant professional experience, Power Platform expertise, Azure DevOps experience, and familiarity with cloud services and DevSecOps. The role is a five-year fixed-term position.
