Amazon is hiring a Software Developer Engineer focused on Agentic AI in Brazil to build capabilities that enable AI agents to reliably act on real operator workflows. The role combines product ownership with software development: scoping operator pain points, designing and building agent primitives and integrations, instrumenting metrics, iterating in production, triaging operator corrections, and partnering with operations leaders to identify agent-ready workflows. The position requires professional software development experience, experience with system architecture and design, and programming experience with at least one language; full software development life-cycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent are preferred.
