Amazon Advertising LLC is hiring Software Dev Engineer II engineers in New York, New York. The role designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services; translates functional requirements into scalable solutions; evaluates software products and tools; and mentors junior development engineers. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field, one year of experience in the offered or related occupation, and one year of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl with Object Oriented Design. The position is 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a base salary of $158,100 to $213,800 per year in New York City.
