Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer II to design, build, and operate full-stack automation tools and AI-powered services for network engineers managing infrastructure across thousands of Amazon sites. The role focuses on AI agents, large-language-model workflows, downtime coordination, authorization systems, web platforms, command-line tools, and AWS services including ECS Fargate, Bedrock, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and Lambda. The engineer will own features end-to-end, partner with network and systems engineers and product managers, mentor peers, and improve service reliability.
