The role owns the engineering roadmap, technical direction, architecture, hiring, career development, performance management, Agile delivery, reliability, security, and operational excellence. Candidates need at least three years of engineering team management experience, seven years of engineering experience, and eight years leading multi-tier web services, along with experience across the software development life cycle and with product or program management teams.
