SonicWall is hiring a CSE SRE – Systems Focus to own the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of its cloud-based services. The role leads on-call response, SLO and error-budget management, observability, toil reduction, chaos engineering, incident postmortems, production-readiness reviews, and SRE practice adoption across engineering teams. It requires extensive experience in distributed systems, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, scripting, orchestration, networking, observability, incident management, and database operations, along with a CS degree or equivalent experience.
