Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating datasets for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, and participants set their own schedules for tasks estimated at about 20 hours each, with compensation up to $50 per hour equivalent.
