Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate challenging tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. This is not permanent employment, data labeling, prompt engineering, or primarily coding from scratch. Participation is flexible, with tasks estimated at 30 hours and payment per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $200 per hour depending on qualification tier and efficiency.
