Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate challenging tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, defining coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. This is project-based participation rather than permanent employment, with tasks estimated at about 30 hours and compensation paid per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $150 per hour.
