Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity to create and evaluate tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks, defining solution criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. It is remote and part-time, paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $50 per hour, and is not permanent employment.
