Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment or data labeling, and offers flexible project-based work paid at up to $40 per hour equivalent, with tasks estimated at approximately 20 hours each.
