Fidelity Canada is hiring an Agentic Software Developer to work 100% remotely and report to the Manager, Applied AI. The role applies generative AI and agentic engineering to transform the software development lifecycle, building AI-powered developer tools, reusable workflows, agent orchestration, secure execution, testing, quality controls, and observability. Candidates need strong Python software engineering experience, knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, plus experience with generative or agentic AI. The position offers a base salary and target bonus of $101,000 to $118,000 annually, with comprehensive health benefits and other rewards.
