Label Software is hiring a full-time Software Developer focused on AI integration to work in its AI team in Bielefeld. The role develops and maintains AI integrations for Labelwin and Label Mobile, implements customer requirements, creates AI tools for internal processes, documents and tests software, and contributes solution approaches. The position requires a relevant degree or comparable programming skills, strong .NET and Python object-oriented programming knowledge, SQL and relational-database experience, AI-model integration experience, LLM-hosting experience with vLLM or similar and CUDA, and very good German language skills. Home office is possible on selected days, and the company offers performance bonuses and inflation adjustment.
