Avaloq is hiring a Technical Business Analyst for its Service Operations – Client Life Cycle Management and Client Relationship Management team. The role focuses on maintaining and improving CLM/CRM applications and integrated third-party services, resolving production incidents, developing code fixes, performing root-cause analysis, supporting testing and requirements analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, at least six years of software development or similar banking or financial-services experience, and knowledge of Java, RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL. It offers hybrid and flexible working and requires participation in on-call rotation or after-hours support when needed.
