Description
The Senior Operations Analyst will drive automation initiatives in the Operations department by designing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions, workflow automations, and AI Agents. The role involves identifying operational inefficiencies, mapping processes, translating business needs into technical specifications, developing and monitoring bots and workflows, supporting testing and deployment, and improving automation performance. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4–6 years of experience with operational processes, automation, or continuous improvement, RPA platform experience, process optimization knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and English. Preferred qualifications include AI Agent and workflow experience, LLM or API integration knowledge, fintech experience, and SQL or Python.
