Inter is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and support production microservices for its Home Broker investment ecosystem. The role involves Java and REST API integrations with Nelogica and other systems, CI/CD, cloud deployments, Kubernetes, production debugging, incident resolution, code reviews, and collaboration with Product, Operations, and regulatory teams. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 4–6 years of software development experience including backend and production microservices work, and onsite availability in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
