7shifts is hiring an Intermediate Software Developer to build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and user-facing features for its restaurant-management platform. The role owns work from technical design through deployment, uses AI-assisted development, collaborates with product managers and designers, improves system reliability, and resolves production issues. Candidates need a relevant degree or diploma or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of professional experience building web applications and services, backend and relational-database expertise, and experience with AI development tools. The role offers a CAD $95,000–$135,000 base compensation range and supports hybrid work with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto.
