AWS is hiring a Software Developer for its Weekly Security Meeting team to build automation tools, integrations across AWS Security organizations, and escalation mechanisms for emergent security threats. The role also develops and executes the team's platforming strategy and directly improves AWS's security posture. Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and experience with at least one programming language; security background is helpful but not required. The position is based in Herndon, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $143,700 to $194,400 annually.
