CAI is hiring a full-time Software Developer for a hybrid role in Mandaluyong City. The position focuses on enhancing ISMS and related applications, expanding integrations, and developing end-to-end business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Data flows, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and plug-ins; supporting CI/CD deployments; optimizing performance; collaborating on agile delivery activities; resolving issues; migrating data; and facilitating user acceptance testing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of digital transformation and system design experience, with the last 5 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics, and at least 3 years of agile delivery experience.
