Endava is hiring a hybrid Software Developer based in Cluj, Romania, with office presence two days per week. The role involves designing, estimating, and implementing technical solutions for medium- to high-complexity applications; participating in the full application development lifecycle; collaborating with project stakeholders; promoting software engineering standards; and sharing knowledge. The position requires at least five years of software development experience, strong programming and architectural knowledge, proficiency with Java and related technologies, database and SQL experience, version control, testing, REST, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
