MANTECH is hiring a full-time Software Developer for its Modeling and Simulation team in Quantico, Virginia. The role designs, develops, and sustains simulation models and environments; integrates them into larger architectures; supports interoperability testing and model orchestration; collaborates with engineers and subject-matter experts; and leads project planning, documentation, data collection, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience without a degree, at least four years of software development experience, programming experience in C++, C#, Python, or Java, familiarity with version control and collaborative workflows, and a current or active SECRET security clearance. Compensation is projected at $104,200 to $172,900, with health insurance and other benefits available.
