NTT DATA is hiring an Applications Managed Services Engineer (L2) to provide second-line support for client packaged application technologies such as ERP and middleware. The role involves monitoring, investigating, and resolving application incidents, service requests, and alerts; updating tickets; executing change management; coordinating with clients and other teams; leading initial escalations; contributing to trend analysis; and supporting maintenance, disaster recovery, and project work. Candidates need hands-on experience with ERP, middleware, and business-critical software, managed-services experience with ServiceNow, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computing, or equivalent work experience.
