Permian Resources is hiring a Software Developer in Midland, Texas, reporting to the IT Director of E&P Delivery. The role is a hands-on engineering position responsible for building and owning production web applications, supporting citizen developers, scaling the software development lifecycle, delivering solutions in Palantir Foundry, and integrating AI capabilities such as LLM-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation. The position requires a computer science or business degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software development or solution engineering experience with production ownership, full-stack web development experience, proficiency across multiple programming languages and frameworks, and experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
