Robinhood is hiring a Software Developer for its Ops Platform organization to design and build AI-driven platforms that automate manual operational workflows, process large datasets, and support fraud investigation and other operational decision-making. The role involves defining technical direction, making architectural decisions, building large-language-model and AI applications, and collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers. It is based in the Toronto, Ontario office with at least three days of in-person attendance per week and offers a base pay range of $136,000 to $160,000 CAD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
