Description
Torch Technologies is hiring a Software Developer to support the development, integration, testing, analysis, and delivery of missile defense models and simulations. The role involves building and maintaining modeling and simulation software and infrastructure, integrating component models, developing interfaces, executing software tests, troubleshooting deployment and runtime issues, and using Git and Docker. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a customer site, with up to 10% travel, and requires U.S. citizenship, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of applicable software design engineering experience, Java and C++ experience, a security clearance or ability to obtain one, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
