ARKR Research & Development SRL is hiring a full-time Software Developer specializing in C++ algorithms for autonomous driving in Cluj-Napoca. The role develops and optimizes ADAS algorithms, translates requirements into software concepts, implements and integrates C/C++ embedded components, performs unit, integration, and functional testing, supports HiL and vehicle testing, analyzes test results, and contributes to agile development and internal tooling. The position requires a degree in computer science or a related field, 2–3 years of software development experience, strong C/C++ and Python skills, and basic AUTOSAR knowledge; hybrid work is possible.
