Description
XTX Markets is hiring a software developer for its Shared Engineering platform team. The role focuses on building and owning internal platform services, developer tools, shared libraries, build systems, and CI/CD infrastructure, primarily in Go. The developer will improve engineering workflows, support safe adoption of AI and coding-assistant tools, collaborate with Linux and network engineers, mentor colleagues, conduct code reviews, and participate in on-call troubleshooting. The position requires strong production software engineering experience, Linux knowledge, build and release expertise, and effective communication; experience with platform infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, Terraform, AWS, and AI tooling is desirable.
