The employer is hiring a full-time, permanent Software Developer for Embedded Systems & Automation in the Greater Munich area, with hybrid work. The role develops object-oriented software for industrial control and embedded systems, programs with Structured Text and potentially C++, Rust, or comparable technologies, builds PLC libraries, optimizes real-time applications, supports testing and commissioning, works with TwinCAT and PLC infrastructure, and helps design a modern embedded software architecture. Candidates need a relevant degree, approximately three years of professional software development experience, object-oriented programming knowledge, Git experience, and strong English skills; PLC, industrial communication, Unix real-time systems, and German knowledge are advantageous.
