The role focuses on designing, building, and delivering core functions that orchestrate hundreds or thousands of systems and legacy workloads, with emphasis on VMware-based environments and traditional on-premises data centers. Responsibilities include end-to-end system design, technical leadership, architectural decision-making, secure coding, mentoring, and code reviews. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and experience with at least one programming language; full software development life-cycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent are preferred.
