Counterpart Health is hiring a Software Developer, Engineering Productivity to improve engineering productivity, quality, and reliability across its global engineering organization. The role focuses on backend infrastructure, platform engineering, SDLC observability, automated quality metrics, shift-left testing and pipeline gates, load/performance testing, synthetic data, canary deployments, and AI-assisted tooling. The position is remote-first, collaborates closely across time zones including Hong Kong, and requires 5+ years of software experience with cloud, IaC, telemetry, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
