Counterpart Health is hiring a Software Developer, Engineering Productivity to build backend infrastructure, platform engineering, and SDLC observability systems for its engineering teams. The role designs reliability programs, automated quality and performance testing pipelines, synthetic-data and production-canary architectures, and dashboards that measure deployment health. It requires 5+ years of software experience, modern developer infrastructure, cloud platforms, load testing, and AI-assisted development, and is remote-first with collaboration across global time zones, including Hong Kong. The role offers a base salary of 115,000 CAD to 145,000 CAD plus equity, a performance bonus, medical, dental, and other benefits.
