Description
Brunel is hiring a Software Developer for Test and Automation Engineering to develop, program, optimize, and maintain modular software architectures for test benches and automation systems using National Instruments LabVIEW. The role involves integrating measuring instruments, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication interfaces; conducting code reviews, debugging, and error analysis; creating technical documentation; supporting commissioning and production integration; and maintaining software with version control and established development standards. Candidates need a relevant technical degree and at least two years of professional software development experience with LabVIEW, along with knowledge of LabVIEW architectures, version control, and optionally CAN bus, RS232, SQL, SQL Server, and C#.
