Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 0–2 years of software development experience, or equivalent coursework/project experience
Preferred Qualifications: Basic working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting
Working knowledge of Azure cloud services (Container Apps, Blob Storage) as used on The Platform
Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub or another version control system
Basic understanding of authentication and access frameworks (Auth0, two-factor authentication, role-based access control)
Fundamental knowledge of insurance BPO business processes across Print, Call Center, Virtual Mailroom, and Premium & Lockbox
Fundamental knowledge of The Platform’s architecture, its core modules, and the AI/API sandbox, or a fast willingness to learn them during onboarding
Comfort using AI-assisted development or analysis tools, or willingness to learn quickly
Ability to create clear, concise documentation of assigned work, with review from senior team members
Completes structured onboarding across Platform modules, plus data security and confidentiality training for handling customer data
