TWIA is hiring a Software Developer I to design, develop, test, document, integrate, and support modern insurance applications, including Guidewire products and custom software. The role involves full-lifecycle development, production troubleshooting, software upgrades, collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, and guidance of business users. It requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of software development experience, Java or .NET object-oriented coding experience, SQL, and familiarity with software development processes.
