Esri is hiring an individual contributor for its Indoor GIS team to research, prototype, and develop AI-powered software for indoor feature extraction, Gaussian Splatting, floor-plan processing, image and video analysis, spatial data workflows, and related geospatial applications. The role requires Python, C++ or .NET/C#, AI/ML integration, computer vision or 3D graphics experience, API work, and a bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field. It is an onsite position in the Redlands, California area with relocation assistance and a base salary of $101,192–$167,336 USD.
