CanadaHelps is hiring a full-time, permanent Software Developer III for an existing remote vacancy that may require in-office collaboration in Toronto. The role owns complex features end to end across C#/.NET backend and React front-end systems, including design, implementation, testing, release, production support, troubleshooting, and technical design. It is a senior individual-contributor position responsible for code review, mentorship, knowledge sharing, and improving engineering practices. Candidates need substantial production software experience, strong C#/.NET and React/TypeScript/JavaScript skills, relational database experience, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and make technical trade-offs.
