Description
RESPEC is seeking a Software Developer III to support a federal IHS contract by developing technical solutions for clinical applications using MUMPS/FileMan within the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS). The role involves secure system engineering and development, analytical and engineering-based problem solving, functional and regression testing, and resolution of software support tickets. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of experience including six years of HIT systems design and development, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred qualifications include extensive FileMan/M programming, clinical application development, Agile and QA experience, and familiarity with Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.
